Joanna Jones
Executive Talent Agent
With over two decades of experience in the television, film and theatre industries, Joanna has built a reputation for discovering exceptional talent, developing careers and forging lasting relationships with some of the industry’s most respected casting directors, producers and creatives.
Her career began at Mersey Television, later Lime Pictures, where she spent 12 years working within the casting department on some of Britain’s most recognisable television productions. This invaluable experience gave her a unique understanding of the casting process, an instinctive eye for talent and an appreciation of what makes an actor stand out.
She went on to establish her own successful talent agency, representing and guiding hundreds of actors throughout their careers. Known for her discerning approach to representation, Joanna has secured opportunities for her clients across major television dramas, feature films, prestigious theatre productions and award-winning independent projects, including leading roles and long-running television characters.
With a forward-thinking, international outlook, Joanna was also an early advocate of transatlantic representation, establishing relationships with prominent US agents to open doors for her clients in the American market.
Her extensive industry network, commercial understanding and genuine commitment to the people she represents have remained central to her success.
